It is difficult to start, meaning that it turns over, idles high for about 5 seconds then chokes off, if you go through this about 3-4 times and work the throttle you can get it to run, once it is warmed up to normal operating temperature it seems to run fine, maybe a little foggy but not bad. any ideas as to why this could be?
