I'm always tired, headache-y and I've just been feeling so down. I always want to sleep and feel like crying for no reason.
I'm scared that I'll lose my friends because of it, and I really don't want to.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I'm not menopausal.
My Granddad died a few years ago, but I kinda did all of my grieving then, but of course I still miss him.
Uhh, a typical day, I go to school and learn, but I'm finding it hard to concentrate in lessons too.
Are studies overwhelming or do you have a good grasp on stuff?
How about being able to sleep well most nights?
Diet and exercise?
Do you have a lot or responsibilities on the homefront? Children
etc .....
Are you feeling worried about anything else aside from feeling the
way you are feeling?
Yeah, I'm pretty relaxed when it comes to studies; there's nothing really that's overwhelmed me yet.
I can sleep well most nights, but not all.
I do a lot of dancing and I try and eat a balanced diet.
Not a lot of responsibilities (I have some housework, feeding the animals, etc, but that's about it)
And not that I know of.
