Whats up with limewire?

Hi guys, whenever I try to use lime wire, it opens up and never connects. The homepage also talks about some legal stuff, is this stopping me from connecting. Is this happening to anyone else, and am I using the correct version?
Thanks Laurie, I have frostwire now, just how do I get the files onto Itunes?
