What's up with all these pop up ads?

Is it me or are there a lot more pop up ads in the postings now? I've noticed a lot more "Ads by Google" showing up in the last week. I understand that there is a lot of advertising on this forum but I think it is getting a little ridiculous. Just my 2 cents.

I haven't noticed any, but I am using Firefox with the Ad Block Plus plugin installed. Works very well.

You mean the ones that pop up when you accidentally roll over the green words? You can turn them off, I think the option is in the User CP area... Those were from Bing though. I've not seen any Google pop up stuff in (in my short time as a user, nor the years I lurked before HarleyTuner made me sign up...).

I see the banner ads, but no pop ups....

I've been seeing a lot of US Cellular "Android" ads on here lately. I don't know if it's just in my area or not, but they got me thinking about upgrading to one...
