Whats this NES game called?

I've been searching for this NES game for years and i cannot find out what the title was, all i remember was you started underground and you played a young cave man or cave boy and you had to dodge these tribe guys or cannibals that killed you if you touched them, also on one side of the level there was lava.

It was impossible todo i never got past the first level!

Please help lol.
