Found in Google Earth in the southwest corner of Arizona in the middle of the desert... this mysterious bright blue hill is about 90 feet high and I can't figure out what it is!

It's surrounded by hundreds of tiny craters, but if it was a practice bombing target for the military, wouldn't it be a crater instead of a hill?
