Its where these people go to this place for holiday and but it breaks down and will take hours to fix so then they go to this beach where they meet other people like a German couple i think.. then they go to this party where they put drugs in there drinks and when they wake up they have stolen everything of these tourists even earrings so then they meet this guy who they made friends with the night before who lives there and he said that they should go to his uncles house but when they get there they go though this uderwater thing and the tourists friends hits there head when jumping of a cliff into a water and its badly bleeding so they go to his uncles house where they use a staple but during the night the uncles comes and the guy wakes up the one who hits his head and runs away saying sorry and stuff but the uncle holds them hostage and when they are alive they cut out there lungs and liver for the kids who live there cause the tourists use that country and everyone is in poverty or something.
