What's the worst public display you've seen?

Well It was probably one of the worst cases of abuse that I had seen and I had no idea what to do.

I was in an airport waiting for my plane to arrive. I don't remember where I was going but most likely to see my mother. A mother and child (I think he was 5 years old) were sitting near by me. The mother was reading and the child was playing quietly on the floor in front of her with his toys. Apparently he discovered something about his toys he wanted to show her and quietly and politely asked her to look. She apparently was very involved in what she was reading and told him to stop. He really wanted her to see what he made but she refused to take two seconds to at least look at his invention. He continued to ask nicely for her to see what he did and she told him to stop bugging her while she's reading. He persisted while still remaining very calm and quiet. Poor kid was so proud of what he had done and she didn't even want to look. She told him to shut up and stop bugging her. He started to whine a little out of disappointment at her ignoring him. She finally had it and put her paper aside, stood up picked him up, shook him fairly hard, and literally tossed him into the seat next to her and sternly told him to shut up and leave her alone. He just sat there stunned and cried after a minute.

I could not believe my eyes! What a cunt rag! Poor kid just wanted to show her what he did. All she had to do was look and tell him how good he was. That would have taken her only a couple of seconds to do. So much for good behavior! I feel guilty now because I could have said something to the authorities, but I felt it wasn't my business and she didn't actually hurt him. She was violent and inappropriate, but she didn't hurt him. She hurt his feelings and self-esteem I'm sure...which will have consequences later on in his life, but at that moment, there wouldn't be anything authorities could have done.

What sort of public inappropriate behavior has any of you come across?
 
Pretty good estimation of the mindstate of the forum when the first three people to respond are talking about PDA's. Anyway yea I saw a guy and girl going at it in a pool for so long a lifeguard had to break it up.

On a more related story I was gassing up when this white trash bitch at the pump in front of me got pissed at one (of the three) of her kids in her minivan and started smacking him so hard and long the van was rocking back and forth and you could hear the swearing from inside the WaWa. As far as I could tell the kid was just trying to follow the rest of his syblings out of the van but was beaten back into his carseat.
 
Yeah, my dad does that. But to incompetent drivers on the road.

What a piece of shit mother, emotionally scar the child for life, just to read some dumb article about uniteresting celebrity affairs.

Oh yeah, I see men scratch their asses, crotch, whatnot. All the fucking time. Use bad language, express their anger with the international symbol of ill will, just showing bad manners.
 
I don't know if this is public, but on a trip to a guard competition, we were in those big charter buses, and a couple of girls spotted someone who passed us who had his wanker out and was playing around.
 
I saw a mother tell her son to shut the fuck up when I was at wal-mart today. She was yelling at him because he didn't want to try on new shoes for school. The kid actually looked and sounded a lot like my youngest brother.
 
I was in lower grade school. Probably in about 4th or 5th grade. Me and my friend decided to sell lemonade outside my apartment building. Not too many peopel were buying but we'd get a few customers passing by that bought something. Well we only did this for a few days. On the last day, understandably, there was a van parked in front of us on the street. There weren't any windows accept the front obviously. There was one guy in the van moving around a little. To us it looked like he was playing with his pants because we couldn't see inside very well. Not that we were all that interested but the van started to rock a bit and it did make us slightly curious. Well after a few minutes, this middle-aged man walks out from the drivers seat with his limp willy hanging out. He came over to us with this very sleasy smile and bought some lemonade from us. Not that I meant to stare, but I was a little kid. I was a bit disgusted but it was the first dick I had ever really seen (I may have peaked at a dirty video by that time but that was tv...not real life). We both were actually a bit freaked out by this creepy guy. He finished the lemonade and threw the cup on the table and went back into his van. Now I didn't stare the entire time but at some point he pissed on our lemonade sign. We had to close shop and from that point on we decided not to sel lemonade again. Damn pervert ruined our fun.
 
Oh that reminds me of another good one. I was in the car with my sister and her boyfriend a few years back and we slid on a patch of ice and rammed a car. As if that wasn't enough to throw the poor guy off when the owner of the car we had hit finally came out of his house he was a horribly obese man with his wang hanging half out until he decided to zip up halfway on the way to walking to us. I don't suppose its all that funny except that my sisters boyfriend almost broke into tears at the sight of him hobbling out of his house.

I once saw a guy blow a loogie into some food at this smorgasbord restaurant in my town. He ducked under the sneezeguard to do it, too.

Pretty sick shit.
