what's the treatment for a 'frozen shoulder' and no wisecracks please, it hurts when

I laugh!? had a frozen shoulder for 6 weeks, only been given pain killers, can anyone advise please, it's driving me nuts.

I had the same thing and was helped by steroid injections from my GP (which are quite painful) and by physiotherapy.

If you google either frozen shoulder or adhesive capsulitis you should get some good information.

put a hot towle on it or hot water bottle if u can find one or join the Y and get in the sauna have someone message it using a heat oil
