I would have guessed somewhere around 110. Cruisers are not fast, even with 1100cc engines.
But I did a search just out of curiosity. It's hard to tell if the asker is talking about some kind of mechanical speed limiter, maybe on the computer chip.

In any case, cruiser riders don't want to go 150 mph. How often do you have the opportunity anyway? 8^) But 70 mph seems outrageous. I often go faster than that.
