What's the third name of the 'character' in this game ((Bruce, Sheila, and what))?

I don't know if the game actually has a name, but its played this way, with people standing in a circle:

Person1 throws a ball to person 2, saying 'g'day bruce'
Person2 replies, 'g'day bruce'
Person1 says 'how are you bruce?
Person2 says 'good bruce, and you bruce?'
Person1 says 'good bruce'

Then Person2 throws the ball to Person3, and the whole spiel is repeated.
If a mistake is made when the two people are exchanging their greetings, their name then changes to "Sheila"; if a Sheila makes another mistake, their name changes to a third name, "Mrs [something]"

Does anybody know what the last name is??
