Dead Space for the first levels. After those, you get used to it. It's cheap, about $14.99 at Target in the Clearence section if it's still there.
It's a really good game, got rated 88/100 from most reviewers.
Other than that, nothing really. Condemned 2 and Silent Hill are the only other that come in my mind but aren't that scary.
