What's the reason behind Ric Flair's financial problems?

I know he had a financial company that went bankrupt and at least one divorce. But was there anything else? From what I've read, he owes RoH some money and some memorabilia company's threatening to sell his NWA belt if he doesn't cough up what he owes to them.
