what's the rate if i want to buy Philippine Peso (PHP) with USD notes in

manila, compare to online rate?
Today i searched in Yahoo Finance, and got quoted 44.5PHP/USD.

Wondering if that's the online rate, how much is it in reality the rate i can get when i change USD notes in a money changer?
What is usually the spread?
One more thing, if i arrived in manila airport or clark airport, where is the best rate i can get for changing Peso?
