What's the proper way to say the following weird sentence?

"When I have a crush on a guy I ask myself two questions: 1. Will I be a good mother to his kids and 2. Am I able to fulfll all of his physical needs? Is my body ready to feel physical pleasure(say you have a low libido and you're on therapy for it--hormone therapy-)"
Weird sentence I know lol.

What's the proper way to say what's quoted.
 
When I have a crush on a guy, I ask myself two questions: will I be a good mother to his kids, and am I able to fulfill all of his physical needs?

In writing a sentence like this there is no need to put the numbers down. Also, you don't capitalize after the semi colon.

(say you have low libido and you're in therapy for it--hormone therapy)

in therapy instead of on therapy. Remove the last dash.

Or you can forget the dashes altogether and just say "say you have a low libido and you're in hormone therapy for it)
 
Sounds pretty good as is.
But since you phrased #1 "Will I be a good......." , I would think you should also phrase #2, Will I be able to fulfill......."

Also, since you are referring to yourself, I would think you should just say " ......to feel physical pleasure (I'm on hormone therapy due to a low libido)." That seems a little more concise to me. Or I might say "(for example, let's say you're on hormone therapy due to a low libido)."
