I think it's actually good that they did leave out so much stuff between SA and 4. It'd just seem as if it'd be another SA but different setting and character.

This is a reinovation of sorts. It works and it has a LOT more shit that SA doesn't have. Quit sucking SA's dick.

You would learn down the line when you have to do some of the missions. You can also go to the most wanted list and take out criminals
