I want to take photos where only one side is blurry, or the top and bottom of the picture are blurry. I was told that a tilt/shift lens will do it, but I was also told that a Photoshop action will also do it. I just purchased some actions by Totally Rad, Kubota and Jesh de Rox, will any of these have them? Or can someone direct me where to get an action like that? Thank you!
