Okay, so when I was younger I remember watching this one animated movie that I just can't remember the name of, nor is it Disney. It was mostly about a guy who saves a girl (princess?) from a witch/evil queen that turns into a monster/dragon, but it’s definitely not Sleeping Beauty.
I'll try to remember it and describe as best as I can
I distinctly remember a part where the guy is almost run over by a carriage or something? And then later he goes to this castle where he thinks a evil king lives in that kidnapped the princess, but it turns out he's actually a good king and the princess is his daughter. There's also a part where the main guy meets a mermaid or something in a cave with treasure, I think, but she turned into a monster or something which he defeats or escapes from.
