It's at least a few years old (2006 or earlier I think) there is a guy covered in blood who gets arrested by a female sheriff, they clean him up and leave him alone then return to his cell to find him covered in blood again. Then I guess another bloody guy shows up and the two fight, the first bloody guy being the good guy, the other bad. The two guys are possibly native americans. I think it was probably pretty good and I want to see it again.
