What's The Name Of This Cartoon?

when I was little I used to watch a video with a certain cartoon on it that I really enjoyed but I can not remember what is was about or anytthing but these scenes:

-A dog and another animal who look poor and starved are in a shed like building looking for food and find a can of beans they are excited then when they open up the can there is only one bean in it. The dog cries as he cuts it in half.

-The same animals are looking through a window at a dinner table full of food.


Can anyone help??
 
That "bean" thing reminds me of a scene from Mickey & the Beanstalk...but there were three animals then, and I'm not sure if Goofy's the one who cuts it up.
