Going to make this sound as easy as I can, so there was this one 80's anime where.....
1. There were a group of colorful female fairies, but one (I think wore red) was different from the rest shy and sensitive.
2. She then has a crush on this conceited blonde male fairy who rides on a cloud.
3. So the female fairy talks to this enchanted waterfall, asking it to turn her into stone if she does find love.
4. Then somehow the blonde male fairy notices that she is gone, he then finds her as a statue
5. At the end he also asks the enchanted waterfall to turn him into stone so he can stay right beside the female fairy for all eternity.
This movie ended sadly but was curious on what was the exact name of this movie if anyone knew?
