What's the name of this 1996 techno/dance dong (no lyrics originally)?

I heard this song on the radio, and they said it originally came out in 1996. I don't know the name or who made it, but I do know it was a dance song that originally had no lyrics, and was later remade with a girl and then it DID have lyrics (she would repeatedly say: "Do you know?"). It starts off very gentle and soft, kind of beautiful actually, and then picks up with a fast techno beat, but still has the same pretty music playing throughout.

I know the details are kind of vague, but that's all I have. :-(

Well, I'm PRETTY sure its by the artist Cherish.
I just can't remember the song! :-(
I also want to know this song, I know the original version by Cherish or something is very old, and they remade it and it had a young girl singing in...=x=
I'm not THAT sure but i'm pretty sure its by Cherish xD
