I just found that on my 2002 mercury cougar i have a leak.. is a hose that connects from the radiator to the water tank and to the a/c is a long one .. i need help were to buy it and whats the name of it.. thanks

It's called a radiator hoes and you can find them at auto zone, pep boys, kragen auto or and other auto parts store.

I doubt that there is a hose "that connects from the radiator to the water tank and to the A/C."
Take a closer look at this hose and where it connects.
