I found this web browser cell game a while ago but i have forgotten the name of the game. It involves having a base cell which produces "germ" type things which you send out to control other neutral cells further increasing the rate you produce the germ cells. Every time you send out the germs from a cell it halves the amount of germs on the original cell you are sending them from. You play against AI that starts with a cell with similar germ production rates that is also trying to take over the neutral cells. The number of germs on a cell is shown by a number on the cell. You can upgrade your germs to be better at certain things such as speed at moving between cells, or strength of attacking other germs or production rate.
