i'm not sure if it is a gadget, but an electric start sure helps alot.

OK, it's not for the bike, but I absolutely LOVE my Gore Windstopper neck tube! Mine is made by Biker's Choice, but there are probably others out there. It's just enough on those slightly cooler days to block the draft going down my collar and keep my neck warm without being hot, and is easily stuffed into a pocket if it gets warmer.

I have a GPS mount and a throttle lock. I find them both usefull.
