...put my cat out of its misery? its been twitching on my floor and its eyes are dialated and hes dying but hes stayed in one place for about a week! what do i do ? should i sedate him ?? hes old anyways like 18 and the vet said we cant do much.... his tail looks broken and his toungue hangs out ? HELP !
