I need the specific law "name". Like "section 4 of the so and so act". I'm fighting with my bank over a totally fraudulent charge on my credit card. Thanks.

They want me to ship the merchandise back and MY expense, even though I offered the merchant to ship it back 3 times, as long as they pay for it.
I never ordered it!!
