whats the last five films you watched

No country for old men. Really liked it.

The Cleaner. Ok, nothing new. Samuel L Jackson has put weight on!!!

Jumper. Enjoyed it but could of been better. Samuel L Jackson has lost weight???

Cloverfield Loved it. Was worn out by the end of it.

Finding Neverland Good.

Eastern promises 7/10 superbly acted but could have done with a more dramatic storyline.

Indy IV 6/10 cheesy and ott even by previous standarRAB worst of the series.

The Mist 9/10 best film I've seen for a while with a gobsmacking ending.

Iron Man 8/10 pleasant surpise, good casting and great fun.

Inside 8/10 french horror similar to high tension a minor classic in the genre.

Mr & Mrs Smith. C4 last night. Great action pic, been a while since i watced it.

Max Payne. SKY HD. Terrible film!

Star Trek (2009) .Blu-ray. Possibly my favorite film of 2009.

Wall-e. Blu-ray. Love this film, the again i love all the Pixar films!

Avatar. Cinema. Really enjoyed it but the story was a bit to simple.

In reverse order -

At the cinema:

Rambo 4 - not a classic, but a great way to spend an hour and a half after a crap week at work :D
Jumper - Really boring...not really much happened
National Treasure: Book of Secrets - Same as the first really...enjoyable as long as you leave your brain at the door.
Sweeney Todd - Actually really enjoyed it!
AVP-R - Possibly one of the worst films I've seen in a long time!!

In general:

Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring - Still in my top 3 of all time
Run Fatboy Run - Not as good as the first time I saw it
Transformers - Watch this at least once a month...best film of last year!!
Hitman - Pretty good film
I am Legend - Quite boring really...not a lot happened

Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (extended edition)- just a perfect film- I hadnt seen it in three years and I still absolutely love every second of it. 10/10
Milk- Brilliant. Sean Penn throughly deserved his Oscar and tbh I think my beloved Gus Van Sant deserved one too (sorry!). 9/10
Eastern Promises- really, really good- has stuck in my mind for days. Shame that it was released the same year as There Will Be Blood because Viggo's understated but deadly performance is Oscar-worthy. 9/10
A History of Violence- horrific but fascinating. 8/10
The Road- hard to watch but a really powerful, chilling film that will stick in my mind for days to come. Viggo and Kodi Smit-McPhee are outstanding. 8/10

Is it really obvious Im going through a Viggo phase? :o:o

Casablanca - Taken me nearly 40 years to see this for the first time. Great film.
United 93 - Very good film, but disturbing viewing.
Poseidon - Didn't really need a remake. I don't think this added anything to the original.
Lucky Number Slevin - Loved it.
Ice Age 2 - Not as good as the original, but still top quality entertainment.
