whats the last five films you watched

The Station Agent- quirky comedy drama that hit the spot 5*
Iron Man- fun comic book caper, Downey Jr excellent as always 3*
Rambo IV- surprisingly good bit of mindless violence 4*
American Gangster- took ages to get going then ended too abruptly 3*
There Will Be Blood- epic story, though a slightly odd ending 5*

1. The Guardian - great film
2. The Devil Wears Prada - Fantastic.
3. Children of men - not my cup of tea.
4. The Departed - Fantastic.
5. Click - predictable but enjoyable.

The Good Girl
Crank
The Black Dahlia
The Wicker Man (Original and Remake)
From Hell

I know that is 6 films but you cant really count a remake. All of those films I enjoyed apart from The Wicker Man remake which was rubbish!

The last five films at the cinema are

1. The Lives of Others
2. Tell No One
3. Spiderman 3, (awful film)
4. Dhoom 2
5. La Vie En Rose, saw this two hours ago and thought it spellbinding, beautiful and mesmerising.

Black Snake Moan - okish
Hot Fuzz - BEST FILM EVER
Premonition - Better than I expected
Vacancy - pretty good
Shooter - Great Action movie, predictable in parts though.

East is East - 7/10; Had seen it before but enjoyed it even more this time...probably because I didn't have my friend watching it with me, slagging it off.
Pavilion of Women - 3/10; Rubbish:rolleyes:
Gossip - 5.5/10
Brokeback Mountain - 5/10; Not as great as I'd been led to believe & HL's mumbling did nothing for me.
The Glow - 5/10

In reverse order
Got a cheap one out of our local Blockbuster:
"Elephant" - looked promising at first but finally was rubbish.
Then some DVRAB I bought:
"King Kong" (remake) - fantastic!
"War of the WorlRAB" (remake) - fantastic!
and at the cinema:
"Miss Potter" - wonderful
"Last King of Scotland" - v. powerful. Forrest Whittaker deserved the Oscar!

Mr Bean's Holiday - made me chuckle
Spiderman 3 - ok for me
Interview with a Vampire - great film perfect for nothing on tv moments
Casino Royale - mmmm tasty Bond
Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein - my OH persuaded me to watch this, and I have to admit I loved it:o

Gilda - 9/10
The Lady From Shanghai - 9/10
(going through a Rita Hayworth phase at the moment!)
The Golden Compass - 4/10
A Dirty Shame - 1/10
P'Tang Yang Kipperbang - 8/10

PS Why is the new Die Hard called 4.0? Is there going to be a 4.1?
