I'm going to be a sophomore in high school and i know its a bit early to start looking but i want to know what my options are. My parents have limited me to instate college so i have to go in Ohio to a public university/college. I was inspired by my biology teacher this previous school year as a freshmen and i plan on pursuing some form of a bio major in college. I love animals and the environment so as a result im considering the following:

Zoology
Environmental biology
Conservation biology
along with a few others of the kind

i want to know what these include like specific areas as well as job availability because i do not want to be a vet or work in a zoo. i want to know what kinds of jobs these fields offer and their availability as ive said.

thanks in advance for your help :)

biology is the correct choice becoz there may be much values than any others at any time at bio tech fields & medicine......................................

Unfortunately, Bachelor's in biology are near worthless on their own. They can only really become useful when you go to grad school.
