What's the ideal summer camp for a 7th grade turning 8th grade boy?

I have a little bro who wants to go to fat camp... but he's not FAT! He's not fat at all! He's normal and in the age where he's so self-conscious of his body.

So first question:

1) Are all the people in fat camp "fat" as we think of it? Or is it just a normal group ... in that case I'll reconsider.

or else...

2) What summer camps do 7th grade-8th graders "usually" go to?

Or

3) If it's completely like "summer camp" selections for high schoolers, where they should go to things they like ... "if you math, go to MATH camp!"
