Whats the go with media files etc in my google chrome cache?

I managed to get into the cache, all the bigger files im guessing are media files IE, videos songs. Now there small icon is a page not a video real, and they all have odd names, which i understand.
How do i make these files into playable media? i tried changing the name of on the ****.FLV and MPG but that didn't work (did;t surprise me).

Please help me overcome my dilemma. Thanks
