Whats the first thing i should do to make my honda civic a tuner car?

im not good with cars, but i got a 99' honda civic what should i get done to it for it to be cool and all like a body kit, rims? and all that stuff wat brands and stuff

Don't do it. Seriously. Im laughing at you right now, I'm so tired of people thinking their honda is a sports car. ITS NOT. Why don't you save that money, and buy you something really good. Might I suggest a Toyota Supra? Maybe a Nissan 300Z Fairlady (old school Z's are so much more badass).
Try to get something that already has a lot of power and a good suspension, not a grandma sedan.
Sorry, don't mean to bash on you, but seriously, you can put your money to better use bud.
