What's the differences between the xecuter ck3 and ck31 and do they both easily work with the ck3 probe 3?

The ck3 is 14 bucks and comes with a power supplie the ck31 is 40 bucks but doesn't come with a power supply and a power supplie is 15 bucks so that's 55 bucks is it worth it?
