What's the difference between organizational management and business administration?

I am about to receive my bachelors degree. I have the choice of finishing up this fall with a degree in organizational management or going an extra semester for a degree in business administration. I have no idea what the difference is other than the time and money spent on the degrees. Which will likely be best in todays economy?
