Whats the difference between a sports physical and a work/employment physical?

I have to get a physical to work at a camp really soon, and they want me to have a work/employment physical instead of a sports one. Whats the big difference, do they do anything different in the room. I hope not, cuz if so, Im scared to death of physicals. at least work ones..

Please help. I have to get one tomorrow..
