Whats the difference between a forensic scientist and a pathologist?

I have always wanted to be a forensic scientist, but now i am a bit older (17) i have realised that what i actually want to do is found out how the person was murdered etc by looking at the body. So what does a pathologist do and what does a forensic scientist do?
Which profession do you think i would prefer?
