whats the best way to wean off clanzapam for anxiety?

i was wondering whats the best way too get off clazapam for my axiety my pychitriast said i got to get off it cause im on zoloft now for my anxiety.i take .5 mg a day
 
Sometimes a Doc will switch a person over to a benzodiazepine with a longer half life, and then wean them from that.
