What's the best way to submit press releases to newspapers?

The company I work for is looking to submit our Press Release to the masses, we are wondering what the best way to do this would be?

Links or suggestions would be great! Thanks.
 
Find out which specific reporters cover what is in the release and email it to them. Try and come up with a strong subject line so they don't get deleted and keep the release short and to the point. Make sure you have your contact information on it, along with the company's.
 
just say your JEWISH mom needs you home before sunset friday so it would be nice if someone ran around for you
