What's the best way to rust prevent a classic car's underside and frame?

I recently received my '69 Pontiac LeMans from Nevada. I live in humid South Carolina close to the water.It's almost a rust-free car and I'd like to keep it that way. What is the best way to coat it and with what brand of product? Should I get it professionally undercoated?(and if so any ballpark price guess?)

How are those Por15 3 step rust prevention products???
