I've been working at my current job for almost three years now. I love working here, but am ready for a change. I've decided to put my notice in this week, but am unsure about how to approach the subject. My boss is nice enough, but can be a bit of a pompous condesending pain in the you know what......any suggestions on how to deal with this. Oh and keep in mind that he's the type that likes to keep you in his office for hours yacking your ear off.
