What's the best way to manage the music on my Samsung Mythic?

I'd prefer using iTunes so I can edit the Artist and Album easily in one program and I'm very familiar with the format of iTunes, but if that's not possible, I need to know the best way to manage the music on my Samsung Mythic. I just want to be able to edit the Artist, Album, Genre, etc. of the songs on my device easily from my computer. What is the best way to do this? And if it's possible to do it with iTunes, how do I do it?
FYI: I use a 4gb micro SD card to store my music on my phone.
