Okay, here's the background... My car was broken into and they stole my deck. The black plugs are still attached but many other wires were ripped out badly. Now if I went to Best Buy or some place like that and had them install a CD deck, are they able to do that with those ripped wires? They able to replace them (for a charge i guess, doesn't matter), or do I have to bring it somewhere else to get the wires fixed before i have the CD deck installed. And if i do have to get the wires fixed first, where do I go for that? Thanks.
