Whats the best way to get into the Groundlings?

I just started to get into improv comedy and thinking about having a career in improv comedy, what would be the best way to get into the groundlings cast? I was thinking about taking all the improv courses at UCB, but are there better improv courses that i could take to imrpove my chances of getting into the cast?
