you like to eat with it? I have a piece of corned beef I'd like to cook for dinner tomorrow night. It's about 1.5kg in size. I was wondering if it was better to boil it on the stove top or put it in my slow cooker. How long do I cook it for? Do i just use water or should I use vinegar as well?
What's your favourite sauce to have with corned beef. My mother use to make a creamy white sauce with it. My husbands mother use to make a mustard sauce with it. I don't have any sauce recipes and I'm not really the biggest fan of mustard so I was hoping somebody out there could help me with a sauce recipe.
