Whats the best way to cook blade chuck tip ribs?

I was going to broil them - would that be bad?

I don't cook meat that often, but these were on sale for a very good price....what would you suggest that I do with them in terms of cooking method, and/or seasoning?
 
A crock pot/slow cooker is the way to go, if you have one or want to spend the $ 15 to get one - meat, veggies, potatoes all come out very moist and tender....the broiling idea may be OK if you keep a close watch so they do not burn
