"Condition"?
The best way to treat your betta fish is to keep him in a heated, filtered tank that's 5 or more gallons. Provide him with plenty of caves and plants to poke his head into and explore. Feed him a wide variety of food - betta pellets, brine shrimp, mosquito eggs, etc. Change 1/4-1/3 of his water once a week.
