Whats the best way to change my front door speakers on my 1999 Chrysler 300m?

I see they have a metal screen over then and iv seen it go wrong when just that has been removed in the change. for whatever reason they don't go back on the same way. Is there any way to either replace without removing them or is there a way to put them back on properly.
