I have just bought a new car, in which the interior has probably never been cleaned. What's the best regular detergents to use (i'm in the UK)? It doesn't need to be 'shined' it needs to be cleaned. The roof fabric has dirt lines on the sun roof where it stops, the leather parts are dirty and the doors need a good scrubbing.
Any ideas? I'm think along the lines of a drop of fairy in some hot water etc for the leather. Would a carpet shampooing hoover damage the roof linings etc?
