whats the best way I can go about changing a judge or the court?

I'm curious how i can go by doing this since i've been fighting to get unsupervised visits with my ex for almost 2 years. I've complied with everything the judge had ordered and Im still getting dicked around and I believe the judge is bias. It doesn't help that my ex's mom is an attorney that works right out the same court. Also I have no money for an lawyer, so thats why ive been taken advantage of.
 
The laws on the subject vary by state and country. In my state, you can get a new judge once by simply filing the motion but that motion must be filed before the judge makes any rulings. After that, you can file a motion alleging actual bias. That motion will be heard by another judge. Actual bias means more than you disagreeing with the rulings.
 
You were assigned to the judge's court. That is it. You, or your attorney, can't change that. The only way you could get a different judge would be if the judge himself withdraws from your case because of a conflict of interest.
There is a reason why you need supervised visits with your children. A judge has to rule on what is in the best interest of the children, and not on what mom or dad wants. No judge is going to put anyone's children in danger, not even yours.
